El año de 1915 se inicia su construcción por iniciativa y donación de Dña. Mª Martín-Maestro Millas, y es gestionado por la compañía de Santa Teresa de Jesús desde 1920.
Edificio de estilo neomudéjar, de planta rectangular dividido en tres alturas con Ventanales apuntados, conopiales y de medio punto, y todo ello coronado por una cornisa de fuerte vuelo. A sus lados se encuentra flanqueado por dos torreones de sección cuadrangular. A él se accede por una puerta con arcos apuntados en piedra de granito y rematado con una espadaña triangular en el centro.
Oficialmente fue inaugurado en abril de 1921 y pasó a ser gestionado por la Compañía de Santa teresa de Jesús.

That formative centre was founded by initiative of Mrs María Martín Maestro Millas, whose objective was “to educate children and young people in a Christian manner”.
It is said to have been started to built in 1915, using some fields located in Honda street. It’s design corresponds to a neomudejar style construction, regular plant, divided into three levels, with pointed picture windows and ogee arches. It is crowned by a cornice with a huge flare and two pinnacles. The facade is flanked by two quadrangular turrets. Another artistic characteristic is the main door, which is made of granite stone and pointed arches. The facade is framed by a triangular belfry, situated in the middle. Inside, it is remarkable its Chapel.
Officially the school was inaugurated in April of 1921 and it started to be managed by the Company Santa Teresa de Jesús.
